Recruiting Advising

With 15+ years of experience coaching and recruiting athletes at every level of Division 1—including Power 4, mid-major, and Ivy League programs—plus insider knowledge of D2 and D3 opportunities, Morrígan Athletics helps families and athletes take recruiting into their own hands.

We combine strategic guidance, proven recruiting methods, and a vast network of coaches and contacts to help you navigate the entire process—from researching schools and communicating with coaches to visits, offers, and final decisions. We make sure you leverage the best opportunities for your goals, abilities, and long-term success, rather than waiting for opportunities to come to you.

Team/Group Session

This session gives families and athletes access to real, up-to-date recruiting education—without fear-based tactics, inflated promises, or one-size-fits-all advice. Designed to meet athletes where they are, regardless of financial situation, these presentations focus on clarity, strategy, and ownership of the recruiting process.

Topics are selected by the coach or group organizer and tailored by sport, addressing the realities of recruiting timelines, evaluation standards, communication expectations, and division-specific pathways. We identify the most common pitfalls families face, explain what actually works in each sport, and outline how to position athletes to make informed, confident decisions.

Sessions may be delivered in a group setting, via individual log-ins, or through a hybrid format.

Limited to 100 unique virtual attendees. Families who attend will have the option to continue with individualized recruiting consulting for more personalized support.ties, where the journey is as exhilarating as the destination, and where every moment is an opportunity to make your mark on the canvas of existence. The only limit is the extent of your imagination.
